At Home? Or In Person? The Choice is Yours

Our offering now expands to in person consultations . The same service, the same process, the same preparation for our clients. Whether you prefer the comfort of your own home or want to come into our clinics we have something for you.

Now we have fully developed our approach through an intense period of investment in technology and end-to-end processing, and with the help of a wide range of test clients during our R&D phase, we can now proudly offer an in-person option in clinics across the UK.

We are still able to accommodate video consultations, in fact our trichologists typical day is a mix of video and in-person. Instead of looking at the screen when explaining things they will look at the person in front of them, with the computer still being used to capture data. Consultation reports are distributed to clients within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We have clients who have an initial video consultation and then will be signposted to one of our clinics for in-person follow-ups when an intervention is required. Likewise, we have clients who come into the clinic for an initial consultation but do their follow-up consultations by video when we are reviewing the effectiveness of products and treatments.

Clients have CHOICE. Some are happy because of privacy or location to develop their relationship with our trichologist by video, while others prefer travelling to their nearest clinic.

So where are our clinics?

Our clinic offering is expanding each month! Some of our trichologist have clinics across more than one location. We tend to have our clinical space within salons or private offices, with public transport routes and car parking nearby.

We have one international clinic in Amsterdam.

In Scotland we have clinics in Glasgow and Edinburgh with plans to cover the Highlands in 2025.

In the Northern part of England we have clinics in Yorkshire and Cheshire.

In the Southern part of England we have clinics in Essex and London, with clinics coming to Oxfordshire, Surrey and Hampshire in 2025.

We also have French and Dutch speaking trichologists, and some of our trichologists have Disclosure reviews to support under 18s.
