This is the purpose behind the Root Cause Clinical community. As dedicated hair loss specialists, we want people to be in control of their hair and scalp health journey and to have the knowledge and personalised treatment, avoiding unnecessary delays and ineffective treatments.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Wil has over 35 years of experience in the hair industry.

He is a globally recognised, clinical Trichologist, and a Board Member of the Association of Registered Trichologists. Wil has delivered trichology seminars throughout the UK and around the world, for companies such as Schwarzkopf Professional and Alterna. Wil is a leading industry figure, speaking at business events and providing mentorship and educational development for qualified trichologists. He is also invited to provide medico legal reports for legal cases.

Victoria has over 25 years of experience in management consulting.

This experience includes luxury brands, where exceptional customer care is at the forefront, and propositions led by technology. Victoria supports global leaders, teams, and businesses with strategy, coaching, and transformational change. She focuses on developing a robust business model to ensure a consistent and positive experience with our online hair loss and scalp health consultations, and overall Root Cause Clinical journey, while developing practitioners in their interpersonal skills to reflect the brand.
